果実の輸出やブランド化において、外観や重量の選別だけでは不十分です。
FTHの果実選別装置は、最新のセンシング技術と独自の解析処理を駆使し、果実の内部にある糖度や障害を瞬時に見抜きます。
青果物をつぶすことなく、毎秒1.8個の高速処理で全量を測定。
「カン」や「抜き取り検査」に頼らない、確実な品質保証体制を構築します。

Without damaging the produce, it measures 100% of the fruit at a high speed of 1.8 items per second.

Non-Destructive & Non-Contact Measurement via Near-Infrared Light.

拡散透過光によるスペクトル測定を応用。
光を当てるだけの非接触・非破壊プロセスにより、果実に一切の物理的ダメージを与えません。
Applies spectral measurement using diffuse transmittance light. Through a non-contact, non-destructive process that simply shines light on the produce, it causes zero physical damage to the fruit.

フリートレー搬送と省スペース設計
Free-Tray Conveyance and Space-Saving Design.

果実を直接転がすのではなく、専用の「フリートレー」に乗せて搬送します。果実同士の衝突やスレ傷を完全に防止。フリートレー式でありながら、限られた工場内にも設置しやすいコンパクトな設計を実現しています。
Instead of rolling the fruit directly, it is transported on dedicated "free trays." This completely prevents fruit-to-fruit collisions and friction damage.
Despite using a free-tray method, it achieves a compact design that easily fits into facilities with limited space.

複合的な選別と全量データ化
Combined Sorting and Complete Data Digitization.

糖度や内部品質の測定に加え、オプションで重量測定機能も統合可能。内部品質と重量を掛け合わせて、4〜16ゲートの排出設定に対応します。
測定結果は全量データ化され、生産地へのフィードバックや次年度の栽培管理情報としても活用できます。
In addition to measuring sugar content and internal quality, an optional weight measurement function can also be integrated. Combining internal quality and weight, it supports discharge configurations from 4 to 16 gates.
All measurement results are digitized, allowing them to be used as feedback for production sites and as valuable data for the following year's cultivation management.
